All finalists will be contacted on November 20, and our esteemed finalists in each category will be invited to complete an evaluation determining our Best-in-Class award winners.

STEP 3

Best-in-class award winners will be celebrated at the 20th Anniversary Customer Contact East: A Frost & Sullivan Executive MindXchange taking place on April 7th-10th 2024.
