OVERVIEW
Frost & Sullivan seeks qualified applicants to take notes at our acclaimed executive level events. We welcome qualified business writers and college students too. All events are two to three days. Full days are typically 8am to 5pm and half days are 8am to 1pm. Interested candidates should send cover letter specifying event, resume and 1 business writing sample to: notetakers@frost.com.



DETAILS

Note-takers are required to bring their own laptops. Dress is business casual. A template and schedule will be provided. Local candidates only please.

COMPENSATION/ TRANSPORTATION
Note-takers are paid a total of $400 for 2 day events and $500 for 2 ½ and 3-day events. Approved parking will be covered. Travel expenses to and from events are not covered.

  FAQ’s:

How will I know what sessions to attend?
The Editor will e-mail you a detailed event schedule with assigned sessions and room numbers. The onsite event producer and operations managers will be expecting and guiding you.

What is the daily schedule?
We kindly ask that you arrive a bit before the event begins to receive your badge and see the hotel layout. In addition to note-taking at assigned sessions, we provide lunch, refreshment and networking breaks.

What is the event like?
Frost & Sullivan events are highly interactive and showcase the latest industry best practices. All events include keynote presentations as well as small and medium breakout groups called Peer Councils, ThinkTanks, Case Histories and others.

How should I send the notes?
Notes should be sent to the Editor in Microsoft Word format, labeled by session, presenter, etc. Note-takers have one week after the event to e-mail final notes. Notes accepted sooner as well, if feasible.
