EVENT EXPERIENCE & SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Effective immediately, proof of vaccination OR a negative PCR covid test within 72 hrs of the event (to be provided on site at the registration desk) will be required to gain entry to the event. In addition, Frost & Sullivan will be implementing the below measures on site.
Use of outdoor space for breakout sessions when available
Color coded wrist band system to express your desired comfort level with interaction of others
Disposable masks available
Contactless Arrival & Departure for Marriott Bonvoy Members
Hand sanitizer stations are placed in prominent areas throughout the facility
Signage throughout the resort to support face masks & social distancing (based on updated guidelines)
Frequent sanitation of high touch items including tables, chairs, door knobs, and handles
All tablecloths and linen replaced daily
Podiums, speaker tables, and audio visual equipment sanitized between sessions

You are free to cancel your Customer Contact MindXChange participation at any time, up to the day of the event. All participant cancelations will receive a full credit to be used at a future Frost & Sullivan event thru December 31, 2022. If for reasons of Force Majeure the Event cannot take place as scheduled the Organizer reserves the right to reschedule the Event to a date and place of its choosing and your registration fees will applied to the new date(s) or you can choose to receive a full credit to be used at any future Frost & Sullivan event thru December 31, 2022. If you do not attend the event and fail to notify Frost & Sullivan PRIOR to the event, no credit will be issued.
